Macro Lens Edition - iPhone 17 Pro

I’ve been using this macro lens for close-up shots of leaves and flowers, and the way it blurs the background while keeping the center sharp is stunning. It completely avoids that over-processed look I was getting with the phone’s built-in camera.

The shallow depth of field really makes my product photos look more natural, and I noticed it cuts down on that harsh sharpening my old iPhone had. Mounting it was easy, and now I’m getting crisp detail on things like watch gears and fabric threads.

The close-up shots of flower stamens look almost painterly, the background melts away just like my eye sees it. I love that it doesn't crank up that fake sharpening my phone's camera usually adds.
