The perspective shift is wild—I can slide it right up to a flower petal or a coffee cup rim and suddenly the shot feels like a tiny cinematic world. It’s heavier than I expected on the phone, but the grip feels solid enough that I forget about it once I’m filming.

The macro depth of field is absurdly good—it turns a simple coffee cup into a cinematic set piece. I’ve been using it handheld for a week and the focus ring feels solid, not flimsy. Definitely the closest I’ve gotten to DSLR vibes without dragging out my big rig.

The close-up shots this lens produces are unreal — I filmed a droplet landing on a leaf and it looked like something from a nature documentary. It’s heavier than a regular lens, but that solid feel makes handheld shots stable enough to ditch my gimbal for most scenes.
