Anamorphic 1.33x Lens

Shot a short film last weekend and the horizontal flares gave every backlit scene that proper cinematic look. Clip-on mount stayed put even when I was moving the phone around a lot. Only wish it came with a case, but the footage speaks for itself.

The oval bokeh on this thing is unreal, especially shooting wide open at night with string lights in the background. Flares stretch horizontally just like the real anamorphic glass I used to rent, minus the rental fee.

Shot a short film last weekend and the horizontal flares sold me instantly. Getting that ultra-wide aspect ratio straight out of the phone without cropping in post saved me hours. Focus ring is a bit stiff but it loosened up after a day.
